From 2019 - 2024, I worked closely with strategy, creative, and Microsoft to lead the overhaul of Xbox's voice and tone, as well as its creative approach on social media. This resulted in some of the brand's highest-performing content of all time, along with organic earned media and success that landed on the front page of Reddit.
As part of my role, I oversaw the creative output on Xbox's owned global social channels and collaborated with the team to change our approach to social marketing. This shift had a massive positive impact on the public perception of the social accounts and the Xbox brand overall.
